Fedpoffa Solar Auto Hand sanitizer: Sug Hails Management, SLT

The federal Polytechnic Offa has taken a leadway in its Contributions to the fight against the novel corona virus with the invention of solar powered automated hand sanitizer,  solar power automated pet toilet system and hand cap system.

The equipments were produced by the Science laboratory technology department of the school led by Dr Christiana Olafimihan and were commissioned today by the Rector, Dr Lateef Olatunji at the mini campus of the school.

In his address, The Rector noted that fedpoffa will not relent in its efforts to contribute to National development expecially at this pandemic period.

He commended the commitment of the department noting that the equipment will help prevent the contraction of the deadly coronavirus.

The Rector also appealed to Students of the school to observe all preventive measure and stay safe from the virus in their respective places.

In his reaction, the Students Union Government President, Comrade Abiola Azeez Adigun Lauded the school management and The Slt department for making the school proud with the innovation.

He urged government to help the institution in mass production of the equipment which will help the country in its fight against the ravaging corona virus which remains a global health emergency.

The sug president said the development will also assist fedpoffa in keeping its Students and staff safe should the federal government declare the resumption of schools.

While Commending the Fedpoffa management for their logistic Support, and the sug for their Solidarity, Dr Christiana Olafimihan said the equipments are durable and are built in line with international standard.

Fedpoffa 26th Matriculation Adigun Charges New Students On Commitment

The students Union government, president  federal polytechnic Offa Comrade Abiola Azeez (Adigun) has congratulated the new students of the school on their admission to the polytechnic and charged them to be committed to their primary assignment on campus. Offa Poly Deputy Registrar Appointed Registrar By Ede Poly

General Jamo (Offa) The Deputy Registrar, Federal Polytechnic Offa, Alhaji Isiaka Tunji Agboola has been announced the registrar of the Federal Polytechnic Ede alongside other principal officers effective from April 1st, 2020.  The Governing Council of the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State during a special meeting held on Thursday 13th February, 2020, has approved the appointments of Alhaji Isiaka Tunji Agboola as the Registrar of the Institution, alongside Mr. Olagunju Caleb Olanrewaju and Dr. Egunjobi Rotimi Adesina were pronounced Bursar and Polytechnic Librarian respectively. Duro Ladipo: A Real god of Thunder - former unilag VC

In many cultures, the thunder god is frequently known as the chief or king of the gods, such as Indra in Hinduism, Zeus in Greek mythology, and Perun in ancient Slavic religion, Sango olukoso in Yoruba or a close relation thereof.
