Reflect on Jesus legacy, Naoss president charges Christians on Easter



The president, National Association of Osun state students, Naoss, Comrade Yusuf Moshood Agboola has called on Christian faithfuls to reflect on lessons of Easter which symbolizes patriotism, love and perseverance in a bid to bring the dream of better Nigeria into reality.


Comrade Agboola in a statement by his special adviser on media and public engagement, Jamiu Omoniyi noted that the season must be utilized to rid the society of hostility, corruption and criminalities in line with the teachings f Jesus Christ.


The president wrote “It's my utmost pleasure to identify with Christian Faithfuls across the world expecially my own Naoss Members across the globe on yet another occasion of the 2022 Easter Celebration.


“Every events in life come to make impact in our present life and future if we explore its embedded potentials.


“The significance of Easter is to reflect on the unconditional love of Jesus Christ that warranted him to die for the sinners despite his vindication.


“We must then learn to Tolerate; Forgive; Love and be Progressive to Humanity.


“As we continue to bash in the euphoria of the Celebration, let's pray for the progress of our dear state of osun and Nigeria at large especially as we approach the electioneering time.”
