Task Govt for Tangible Asset: Osun DSS Boss Advises Naoss

The Director, Department of state Services, DSS, Osun state command, Folohunsho Alade has charged the leadership of the National Association of Osun State Students, Naoss and other students bodies in the country to Task government and stakeholders on provision of Tangible things in academics and infrastructure in a bid to secure a desirable future for the students folks.


The Director dole out the advice while hosting The Naoss National President-Elect and his executives in his office in osogbo.


Folohunsho who expressed confidence in the newly elected executive charged them to imbibe the culture of future demands instead of the petty stuffs that diminish the standard of the vibrant platform.


According to him, "students should be visionary to bring development to the country as we envisioned that in the next ten years, out students will be favorably positioned in the society.


"For Nigeria to be great again, we have to invest in our Youth force. So, You as students’ leaders should do well to make comprehensive research on technology, agriculture,sports and other trending human endeavors and engage the youth in the courses".


Earlier in his address, The National president elect, comrade Yusuf Agboola well known as Justice described the visit as a familiarization meeting in bid to sustain the age long mutual coexistence of the association and tge security agent.


He acknowledged the inestimable support and contribution Naoss has received from DSS so far which he said has complemented the efforts of the association in preserving the right and interest of his members.


Comrade Justice appreciated the DSS Director and assured him of cooperation of his regime.


According to Justice, "Osun State students are dominated by law abiding, responsible, diligent, and patriotic people who has genuine interest of state at hearts.


"So I want to shower encomium on our Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola for his consistency in providing the yearning and aspirations of the state education sector which has resulted in an uninterrupted academic calendar across the state tertiary institutions.


"Permit me to intimate members of the public that Naoss will not condone any act of intimidation, harassment, assault, or maltreatment from any security agency or any one in any guise".

Osun Students Shower Praises as Oyetola Pays Bursary
