Yuletide: Student Activist salutes, charges Christians on Agape Love



I join all meaningful and progressive  Nigerians to congratulates, especially Christians, on the occasion of the Christmas celebration, which marks the birh of Jesus christ,  as we celebrate the spirit of love, God’s omniscience with the birth of Christ.

“Irrespective of our religions, languages, ethnics differences, it is known we are all from Adam.

We should think always about the legacy of love, mutual respect, and willingness to help one another in good or hard time,”

“We call on Nigerians, Youths and Students  to do more to foster love and peace this season and beyond so as to build a better Nigeria of our dream, as we owe the Nation a big obligations to develop and be a better place for all. .

We also call for continuous mutual respect and understanding within the faith community and not allow anyone to cause disaffection in the country.

We should  remain indivisible so as to sustain the fight of our independent fightters who help us to achieve freedom about 60 years ago.

Therefore, i urged citizens of this Country to be modest during and after the festive session.
I wish everyone Merry Christmas and New year in advance.

Fedpoffa 26th Matriculation Adigun Charges New Students On Commitment

The students Union government, president  federal polytechnic Offa Comrade Abiola Azeez (Adigun) has congratulated the new students of the school on their admission to the polytechnic and charged them to be committed to their primary assignment on campus. Comrade Adigun said this at the 26th matriculation ceremony of the fastest growing polytechnic in Nigeria. Offa Poly Deputy Registrar Appointed Registrar By Ede Poly

General Jamo (Offa) The Deputy Registrar, Federal Polytechnic Offa, Alhaji Isiaka Tunji Agboola has been announced the registrar of the Federal Polytechnic Ede alongside other principal officers effective from April 1st, 2020.  The Governing Council of the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State during a special meeting held on Thursday 13th February, 2020, has approved the appointments of Alhaji Isiaka Tunji Agboola as the Registrar of the Institution, alongside Mr. Olagunju Caleb Olanrewaju and Dr. Egunjobi Rotimi Adesina were pronounced Bursar and Polytechnic Librarian respectively. In a press statement made available to newsmen by the institution’s Public Relations Officer, Sola Lawal. He noted that the appointments takes effect from Wednesday, 1st April, 2020. Duro Ladipo: A Real god of Thunder - former unilag VC

In many cultures, the thunder god is frequently known as the chief or king of the gods, such as Indra in Hinduism, Zeus in Greek mythology, and Perun in ancient Slavic religion, Sango olukoso in Yoruba or a close relation thereof. In Yoruba mythology, Sango also known as Jakuta is perhaps the most popular Orisa; he is the god of thunder and lightning and as well one of the most worshipped gods all over the world as Statue of Sango was erected in front of a building in Marina. Sango was a royal ancestor of the Yoruba as he was the third king of the Oyo Kingdom. Meanwhile no replacement has ever been found for Sango “olukoso ayajo ina” in the modern world until the evolution of the African culture projector chief  Duro ladipo in the 90s. Duro Ladipo existence has remained fresh in the memories of both young and old, since his demise on the 11th of March 1978.
