Owode market Fire: See What SUG Offa Poly Told Odu, Kwara Gov

Sequel to the early morning inferno which razed down parts of the porpular owode market in Offa, Kwara state, The Students Union Government, Federal Polytechnic Offa has sympathized with market men and women who were affected by the natural disaster.

This was contained In a release sent to 4newsnaija.blogspot.com by the Sug President comrade Abiola Azeez Adigun through the PRO Comrade Isiaq Adesoji and obtained from the director of Media and Publicity to the SUG President comrade General Jamo.

Comrade Adigun noted that the SUG as a stakeholder in Offa town is displeased with the fire outbreak which claimed property worth millions of Naira.

Adigun stressed that, "Fire outbreak is a natural disaster and at little extent can it be totally prevented, only that with carefulness and consciousness, its reoccurrence can be avoided.

As Students leaders, we feel your pains and pray that God will replenish the lost resources in no long distance time."

The president charged the Offa descendants Union to unanimously collaborate with the Kwara State Government in granting reactive subvention to the affected traders.

Adigun stressed that through this, the negative effects of the disaster will be reduced.
