Lagos Building Collapse: Buhari, Atiku mourn with Nigerians

Sequel to the Lagos building collapse yesterday, where students and staffs of Ohen nursery and primary school, itafaaji area of  Lagos state were victims, Nigeria president, Muhammadu Buhari has sympathize with the victims and Nigerians describing it as a saddened development.
The president said this through his verified Twitter handle, @mbuhari.
     He wrote “I’m extremely saddened by the news of the collapsed building in Itafaaji area of Lagos. It touches one to lose precious lives in any kind of mishap, particularly those so young and tender. May God grant everyone affected by this sad incident fortitude and succour”
     Similarly, former vice president of Nigeria, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar also mourned With relatives of the victims who lost their loved ones to the unfortunate incident.
      According to his post on his verified Twitter handle, Alhaji Abubakar noted that “My thoughts and prayers are with the families and friends of pupils caught up in the collapse of the three-storey building at Ita Faji, Lagos Island. No resource should be spared in rescuing the trapped and treating the injured.”
    Meanwhile, 12 children and 4 Adults are reported to have gone down the way of the disaster while others are receiving treatment free of charge at the Lagos island general hospital, lagos.
